Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All US orders are shipped via Ground Shipping or 2-day Express Shipping. Canadian and other International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service - International First Class or Priority Mail.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm local time. 

Shipping times vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase and also the time the order is placed. We ship Monday-Friday between 9 am-5 pm PST. We do not ship on the weekends. 

Domestic Ground Delivery

All parcels within the US are shipped using Ground Shipping, unless specified otherwise.  Ground Shipping orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.  US orders should typically arrive between 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. 

Domestic 2-Day Express Delivery

For expedited service, we offer 2-Day Express for shipments within the US. Please note that our order cutoff time is noon EST. If you place your order after noon EST, the order will be shipped out the next day.

International Orders

We are able to ship Internationally via United States Postal Service - First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery service requested, the size and/or weight of the package, and the shipping destination’s postal codes. Shipping times vary depending on shipping destination country.  Please note we do not pay for custom or duty charges that may apply.

All packages that must be re-delivered or re-routed may be charged additional shipping fees to the new destination.

If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.

Return Policy

If you purchased your merchandise on, you may return or exchange it for any reason within 14 days after it is received. The product must be exchanged in the same condition in which it was shipped, in order to receive new merchandise.  However, we do not pay for return shipping costs at this time.  

Please contact if you have any questions about our products or to initiate a return/exchange. In rare cases where a product is deemed defective, please email us and we will do our best to assist you. If you have purchased your REVEAL merchandise from outside of, please contact the original point of purchase.
